PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, please send an email to
nara@naradesign.co.uk. Please include the reference number and your contact and delivery details. If you would like to order a necklace, bracelet or ring with different size or length, please let me know in advance.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by bank transfer of Paypal. The full payment, including delivery cost has to be received before being dispatched. Standard delivery and packing cost inside the UK is £5 per order. Free postage on all UK orders over £100.
As all of my jewellery is handmade for order, the dispatch date will be confirmed by email.
Returns Policy
Everey effort is made to meticulously describe each item. In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your purchase (damaged or incorrect), please contact me within 24 hours of receipt. Email me at

So I can solve the problem quickly, please provide your order details and as much information about the item(s) as possible.

In the interest of hygiene I am unable to exchange or refund any earrings unless faulty.
